There are twelve months, twelve constellations, twelve climatic divisions, twelve daily periods of time and twelve major channels in our body, also called meridians, interconnected with each other, through where our life energy (or “Qi”) flows like rivers flow the water (Ling Shu).

The network of the meridians is closely connected with tissues and organs and plays an important role in human physiology, pathology, prevention and treatment of diseases. Keeping the smooth flow of Qi is essential for all physiological processes and good health, and my mission is to help you to keep your Qi flowing well in each of your twelve meridians.
